Our technicians are trained to understand the science of color balancing, and how to best program the printing equipment to provide you with the consistent quality you demand. Hours of operation: Our website for ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are open every day 9-6 PST except New Year's, Easter, Memorial, Independence, Labor, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day.
Production Times: We offer the quick turnaround times for most products. Custom orders ship within 48 hours after your order is finalized and artwork approved. Most order ship out within 24 hours. Larger orders may take a bit longer (ie. 500 or more photo buttons). An order is considered finalized when you have made payment and you have approved the digital proof sent to you by our graphics team if you asked for a proof.
Due to seasonal volume from the middle of November to the middle of January service times could be longer. If you
have a deadline, we’ll do everything in our power to provide you with the highest quality service in the shortest amount of time. Split orders (those that require multiple services) may have a longer service time. Please email with questions about service time. Rush Service available on any service.

Overruns / Underruns: You will receive the number you ordered and maybe some extras.
Payment Terms: All online orders are paid up front unless you have contacted us and we agreed to other terms. We do accept PO's from schools, government agencies, hospitals, and few others if pre-approved by our finance department. We also accept business and personal checks, but we cannot proceed with an order until your check clears. Payments can be made online by Pay Pal, Master Card, Visa, or American Express.
NSF Checks: A $25.00 service fee will be charged on all checks returned due to non-sufficient funds.
Sales Tax: Local State Sales Tax will be collected for all orders shipped anywhere in California.
If an order is damaged in shipping, contact customer service immediately. Please keep all product and shipping materials for the shipper’s inspection. We will handle all shipping problems quickly and professionally.
Changes and Cancellations: Changes may or may not incur additional costs depending on what changes are requested and where we are in the production process. There are no fees for cancellations prior to starting the production process. After production has begun, you will be responsible for any material used.
Copyright Policy: We honor all copyrights. Any photograph that has been professionally shot and printed is protected by copyright. Please contact our staff regarding copyright regulations. We would be happy to email our copyright policy to you upon request. Release forms are available to you at no charge if you wish to grant or obtain copyright release. We may refuse to print any order that looks suspicious of any copyright violation.
All logos and button designs submitted or approved by customer must be in compliance with all trademark, copyright, patent, and related laws and acts and are the responsibility of the purchaser. If Digital Pro Prints receives notice that you have allegedly used content that you do not own or have the right to use, Digital Pro Prints can take various actions including:
-Disclosure of your sales and contact information to the owner of the content. Obtaining indemnification from you (which means you will be legally and financially be responsible to Digital Pro Prints for any damage you cause)
Environmental: We recycle. We pride ourselves in maintaining high quality in each step of our processing. The photographic process produces a silver bearing waste that is considered hazardous. Our newer machines produce very little silver. By using the latest equipment, we remove all hazardous material from all chemicals prior to disposal. We monitor and maintain this waste in complete compliance within our State and County guidelines. We respect the environment and go beyond the expectations of the law to insure a clean and safe work place for our community. We recycle the plastic film canisters and disposable cameras. Local schools also reuse the plastic film canisters. We donate the disposable camera batteries to local children charities.
Privacy and Security: Digital Pro Prints is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, address, e-mail, phone number, credit card information, and photographs), is only used for processing orders. We do not disclose your information through sale, trade, or rent to others. All on-line orders and transactions are secure as well.
Limit of Liability: Submitting any film, print, slide, negative, file, or digital media to this lab for processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company, subsidiary, or agents, will only entitle you to a like amount and type of film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance by our company, subsidiary and/or agents of the film, print, slide, negative or digital media is without other warranty or liability, and recovery by anyone for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded irrespective of whether the damage occurs because of our negligence, breach of contract, strict liability or other cause. in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes that may arise from the production of your products.
Hard Copy Proofs: If you would like an actual hard proof made and shipped to you we would be happy to do so. Order only one, then use our website to reorder more. We save print orders for 30 days. Buttons, magnets, flip books, postcards, greeting cards, invitations, and other gift products get saved for 3 months. Please make a note in the special instructions box that this is a proof. Most times we ship more than one adjustment/ version for you to choose form. We will save any color corrections so your final order will match your hard proof(s).
Artwork Charges: If you would like our graphics team to design your button, save the date card, photo magnet, postcards, or press card for you there may be a $15 setup charge. This fee must be paid up front, but does not commit you to your full order. Only when you have approved artwork will your order go to production. If you do not receive a proof within 24 hours - please call us. Sometimes spam filters get in the way. The $15 setup charge includes your initial proof and two modifications. Each additional modification will be $5.
If you have a specific color you want, we recommend that you pay for a color match. Monitor colors do not represent print colors and printers do not print the same. A color match will get you very close, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match because we print on a digital press or on our true photo machine. There is a $10 charge per color for this service. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for color discrepancies unless you have paid for color matching.
Returns: Due to the nature of custom products, we do not offer returns unless there was a mistake on our part.
